  • Hawaiian LomiLomi Massage

Taught on the Hawaiian Big Island, this ancient oil-based table massage has been passed down through generations of Kahunas (healers).  It is known as a “forearm dance with the body” and includes two hot stones during the treatment.  The therapist will use medium or firm pressure.

  • Swedish Massage

This is the most common form of massage in the Western Hemisphere.  The therapist will use light pressure and effleurage to relax your mind and body.

  • Deep Tissue/Sports Massage

Also known as a Sports Massage, this is one of the most popular massage techniques and focuses on the deeper structures of the muscle and fascia — known as the deep connective tissue of the body.  In this focused massage, your therapist will work to release chronic muscle tension and spasms.

  • Chair Massage

A convenient way to experience a seated massage without oil or the need to disrobe.  Corporate chair massage packages are available upon request.  These packages are a great way to reward employees and clients.

  • Hot Stone Massage

This is a great treatment to receive which helps to warm up your muscles and your body.  This specialty massage uses heated, smooth volcanic stones to deeply relax your body and to help release tight muscles.

  • Reiki and Bio-Energetics (Energy Work)

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The Master Energy Healer will use guided Universal Energy to facilitate a deep level of relaxation.  Hands will be placed on or near your body to activate the natural healing process of the body.

  • Distance Energy Work

The Master Energy Healer will use guided Universal Energy to facilitate a deep level of relaxation from a distance.  This form of activation is used when someone is unable to travel or is located at a distance.  A photo and permission are required for this technique.

  • Acupuncture

This ancient Chinese healing form utilizes needles gently inserted into the meridian points of the body.  This technique clears toxins and makes the body more efficient.

  • Ear Coning

This process helps to gently remove excess wax and toxins from inside the ears and Eustachian tubes.  In this safe and simple process, the massage therapist inserts a long tapered ear cone (also called an ear candle) gently into the ear.  The cone is then lit and the smoke spirals down into the Eustachian tube

  • Jet and Travel Lag

A combination of energy work and chair massage.  This short specialty treatment can rebalance your circadian rhythms and it is easy to fit into a busy schedule.

  • Therapeutic Massage with Aroma Therapy

Therapeutic massage is used to relax muscles and relieve tension, along with aroma therapy they help release stress tension and muscle strain.

  • Flowtrition

Flowtrition – also known as Flow – is a distinctive form of adjustment developed to help the body efficiently release tension and begin to function with greater ease and harmony. Each session enhances the function of every tissue, cell, and organ of your body by increasing circulation and the health of both the immune and nervous systems. Everything we experience is communicated to us via the nervous system; thus, the healthier the nervous system, the healthier the communication and body as a whole.

Flow utilizes a very gentle touch made along the spine at very precise locations. When made at just the right time, these touches access the body’s neural patterns and allows for changes to be made. In result, blood flow increases throughout the body and carries more oxygen and nutrients to heal and maintain proper balance.

Flow uniquely employs the body’s own intelligence to give the nervous system an opportunity to change, which brings benefits on both a physical and emotional level.  With the release of stress, stored within the body as tension, we can now move from a sympathetic state (fight or flight) to a parasympathetic state (rest and recover) for continuous daily health and resilience.

Some of the common changes Flowtrition clients have observed are:

    – Improved Ability to Handle Stress

    – Less Pain

    – Better Sleep

    – More Energy

    – Increased Flexibility & Better Posture

    – Overall Improved Quality of Life

  • Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga was developed by Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar to be accessible to students of all levels of ability while maintaining the full therapeutic benefits.  Careful attention is paid to the precision and alignment of all postures, and to the proper order of the asanas, or poses.

  • Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is an excellent opportunity to disconnect from the frenetic activity of daily life and let your speedometer return to 0 mph. It offers a welcome respite among all the turbulence of life and helps to prepare the mind and body for the inward stroke of meditation and deepened awareness.
